How To Make Double Fudge Brownies
You’ll feel like you have three desserts in one with these double fudge brownies. They have layers of fudgy brownie, blondie, and caramel icing.

For Bottom Layer:
- 2eggs
- 1cupsugar
- ¾cupflour
- ⅛tspsalt
- ¼cupcocoa
- ½cupbutter,or margarine
For Middle Layer:
- 2eggs
- 1½cupsbrown sugar
- ½cupbutter,or margarine
- 2tspvanilla
- 1½cupsflour
- ¼tspsalt
For Caramel Icing:
- ½cupbutter
- ½cupbrown sugar
- 3tbspmilk
- 1½cupspowdered sugar

Bottom Layer:

Melt butter and cocoa in microwave, set aside. Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar, flour and salt. Combine cocoa mixture and egg mixture. Pour into a 9×13-inch pan.
Middle Layer:

Cream sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla. Add flour and salt. Spoon over the first layer, swirl with a knife.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 28 to 30 minutes.
Caramel Icing:

Boil milk, butter and sugar. Simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in powdered sugar and let cool (will be runny). Pour over warm brownies. ENJOY!
