How To Make Cranberry Bliss Bars
Indulge yourself with a bar of these cranberry bliss bars! They’re loaded with white chocolate chunks and sweet-tart cranberries for decadent treats.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9×13 inch pan with Reynolds Non-Stick Foil and set aside.
Using a stand or hand mixer add the butter, brown sugar, and eggs.
In a medium sized bowl, add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in the cranberries and chocolate chips.
Spread in the bottom of the 9×13-inch pan.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to completely cool.
Beat the cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar together until smooth. Spread on top of cooled bars.
Sprinkle with cranberries and drizzle with melted chocolate. Enjoy!
