
How To Make Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake Bars
Two decadent desserts in one delicious treat are what you get with these cheesecake bars. Creamy cheesecake is sandwiched between sweet cookie dough.

- 18ozchocolate chip cookie dough,refrigerated
- 8ozcream cheese,softened
- ½cupsugar
- 1egg
- toffee bits,optional
- caramel bits,optional
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cut cookie dough in half. Press half of the dough onto the bottom of a greased 8-inch square pan.

Beat the cream cheese, sugar and egg in a medium bowl until smooth. Spread over crust. Crumble remaining dough over top. Sprinkle on toffee bits and caramel bits if desired.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Enjoy!
