How To Make Banana Cream Pie Bars

Lusciously creamy and rich, these banana cream pie bars are simple and made with a no-bake crust. Everything is drizzled with caramel before serving.

Ingredients

  • 45Nilla Wafers,(around 1½ cups), finely crushed
  • ¼cupunsalted butter,melted
  • 8ozcream cheese,(1 package), softened
  • ½cuppowdered sugar
  • 8ozwhipped topping,(1 tub), frozen, thawed
  • 3large bananas,sliced
  • 3⅖ozvanilla instant pudding mix,(2 packages)
  • 3cupscold milk
  • caramel ice cream,for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine the wafer crumbs and melted butter and toss until crumbs are coated in butter. Press crumbs into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.

  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar in a medium bowl until smooth. Fold in 1½ cups of whipped topping. Spread evenly over chilled crust.

  3. Top with sliced bananas. Next, beat pudding mixes and milk for 2 minutes until slightly thickened. Spread over bananas.

  4. Top with remaining whipped topping and carefully spread out evenly.

  5. Refrigerate for 3 hours before slicing. Drizzle with caramel topping before serving.
