How To Make Banana Bar
Tender and moist, you won’t get enough of this banana bar recipe, especially the rich cream cheese frosting slathered on top of it.

Ingredients
For Banana Bar:
- 1cupbutter,softened
- 1½cupssugar
- 1tspbaking soda
- ½tspsalt
- 1½cupsripe bananas,mashed
- 2eggs
- 1cupsour cream
- 1tspvanilla
- 2cupsall purpose flour
For Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 8ozcream cheese,softened
- ½cupbutter,softened
- 2cupspowdered sugar
- ½tspvanilla

In a large mixing bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer for approximately 30 seconds. Add sugar, baking soda and salt; beat until combined.

Beat in bananas, eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Stir in flour. Spread in a greased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool.

Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla until combined.

Spread over cooled top and cut into bars. Cover and store in refrigerator. Decorate as desired.
