How To Make Stuffed Mushrooms
Serve up a delicious plate of stuffed mushrooms before the big meal! It’s loaded with savory sausage and creamy cheeses for a tasteful, quick snack.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Clean mushrooms and remove the stems.
Using a small spoon, scrape out the middle of the mushroom to make room for filling.
Finely dice stems then place stems, onion, sausage and garlic in a small pan.
Cook until no pink remains. Drain any fat.
Mix cheddar and parmesan cheese and reserve ¼ cup for topping.
Combine cream cheese, cheese mixture, and cooled sausage in a small bowl.
Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese filling.
Top with reserved cheese and bake 18 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and mushrooms are cooked.
Serve hot, and enjoy!
