How To Make Stuffed Mushrooms
Serve up a delicious plate of stuffed mushrooms before the big meal! It’s loaded with savory sausage and creamy cheeses for a tasteful, quick snack.

Ingredients
- 24mushroomsor 48 small mushrooms
- 2garlic cloves
- ½lbsausageoptional
- 2tbsponionminced
- 4ozcream cheese
- 2ozcheddar cheesedivided
- ¼cupparmesan cheeseshredded
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Clean mushrooms and remove the stems.

Using a small spoon, scrape out the middle of the mushroom to make room for filling.

Finely dice stems then place stems, onion, sausage and garlic in a small pan.

Cook until no pink remains. Drain any fat.

Mix cheddar and parmesan cheese and reserve ¼ cup for topping.

Combine cream cheese, cheese mixture, and cooled sausage in a small bowl.

Fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese filling.

Top with reserved cheese and bake 18 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and mushrooms are cooked.
