How To Make Bacon-Wrapped Chicken in the Oven

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.

  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.

  3. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.

  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the bacon-wrapped chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.

  5. In a small bowl, mix honey and soy sauce. Brush the mixture over the bacon-wrapped chicken.

  6. Transfer the chicken to the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

  7. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
