
How To Make Lobster Stuffing
Ritz crackers & a medley of fine herbs give this lobster stuffing some delicious flavor & a lovely texture that goes well with butter-poached lobster tail.

Ingredients
- 5ozunsalted butter
- 1small shallot
- 2clovegarlic
- 1pkgRITZ Crackers
- 6ozclean lobster meat
- 2tbspfine herbs,(chives, thyme, parsley, tarragon, celery hearts)
- salt
- pepper
Instructions

Melt butter with shallots and garlic and cook until tender. Meanwhile, crumble the crackers in a mixing bowl, then pour the butter mixture over them.

Add lobster meat and fine herbs and season with salt and pepper.

Place the stuffing inside empty, clean lobster shells and bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Serve as a garnish for butter-poached lobster tail.
