Fresh spinach combined with creamy cheese and spices, stuffed in chicken breast.

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 chicken breast

For Spinach Mixture:

  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • cups spinach, chopped


  1. In a bowl, combine paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix together thoroughly and set aside.

  2. To make the spinach mixture, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and spinach in another bowl. Mix thoroughly.

  3. Slice a pocket into the side of each chicken breast meat.

  4. Spoon the spinach mixture into the breast pockets and spread it evenly.

  5. Prepare the casserole dish by drizzling olive oil and sprinkling some of the spice mixture in it.

  6. Place the chicken in the dish and add more spice mixture and olive oil over the chicken.

  7. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Then bake uncovered for 25 minutes.

  8. Place the stuffed chicken breast in a plate, use the drippings as the sauce.

  9. Garnish with parsley, then serve and enjoy!
