How To Make Sausage and Apple Stuffing

For a quick Thanksgiving dish, give this sausage and apple stuffing a try. It is full of flavors and the best part is you can make it within half an hour.

Ingredients

  • cupsSwanson® Chicken Broth
  • ground black pepper
  • 1stalkcelery
  • 1onion
  • ½apple
  • ½apple
  • ½lbbulk pork sausage
  • 2cupsPepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing
  • 2cupsPepperidge Farm® Corn Bread Stuffing

Instructions

  1. Heat the broth, black pepper, celery, onion and apples in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

  2. Add the sausage and stuffing and stir lightly to coat.
