Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 35 minutes
Total: 50 minutes

  • 1 cup hazelnuts, chopped
  • 4 oz pancetta, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 4 cups day-old bread, cubed
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  4. Add the chopped hazelnuts and orange zest to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  5. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and add the bread cubes, crispy pancetta, chicken or vegetable broth, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well, ensuring all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  6. Transfer the stuffing to a greased baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.

  7. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the top is golden brown and crispy.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
