How To Make Hazelnut, Pancetta & Orange Stuffing
Stuffing is a great add-on to your main dishes. More than just something to fill the turkey with during Thanksgiving, stuffing is a wonderful side dish to complement your dish of choice. There’s no stopping you in enjoying this stuffing recipe!

Ingredients
- 1 cup hazelnuts, chopped
- 4 oz pancetta, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest of 1 orange
- 4 cups day-old bread, cubed
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the pancetta over medium heat until crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet with the pancetta drippings, add the onion and garlic. Cook until softened and fragrant, about 5 minutes.

Add the chopped hazelnuts and orange zest to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and add the bread cubes, crispy pancetta, chicken or vegetable broth, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well, ensuring all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Transfer the stuffing to a greased baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.

Bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the top is golden brown and crispy.
