How To Make Garlic Butter-Stuffed Chicken
Every bite of this crispy and juicy garlic butter-stuffed chicken bursts in a hot lemon-herb flavor that is best paired with creamy mashed potatoes.

Ingredients
- 8tbspbutter,room temperature
- 2garlic cloves,minced
- 2tbspparsley,fresh, finely chopped
- 4chicken breasts,boneless, skinless
- 1cupflour
- 3eggs,beaten
- 2cupspanko breadcrumbs
- oil,for frying
- salt,to taste
- pepper,to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a bowl, add the butter, garlic, and parsley and mix until fully combined.

Shape the butter into a log then wrap it in plastic wrap. Freeze for about 15 minutes.

On a cutting board, slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally.

Wrap in plastic wrap and pound until the chicken is ⅛-inch thick.

Divide the butter into fourths.

Season with salt and pepper. Place a portion of butter on the flattened chicken breast and roll it up, creating a log.

Coat the rolled chicken in flour followed by eggs then bread crumbs. Repeat once more.

Cover the chicken in plastic wrap and chill for about 15 minutes while the oil is heating.

Fry in oil for about 3 to 4 minutes, until edges are golden brown.

Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.
