- ½cuponion,diced
- 2clovesgarlic,minced
- â…“cupred bell pepper,diced
- â…“cupgreen bell pepper,diced
- â…“cupyellow bell pepper,diced
- 1lbbeef,ground
- 1tbsptaco seasoning
- 1lbjumbo shell,cooked
- 1cupenchilada sauce
- 1cupMexican blend cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Cook the onions, garlic, and peppers until translucent.

Add the ground beef and taco seasoning, and cook until browned.
