How To Make Enchilada-Inspired Stuffed Shells
These tasty enchilada-inspired stuffed shells are assembled using jumbo shells filled with bell peppers, ground beef, enchilada sauce, cheese, and more!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Cook the onions, garlic, and peppers until translucent.
Add the ground beef and taco seasoning, and cook until browned.
Fill the cooked shells with beef and place in a baking dish.
Pour the enchilada sauce over the stuffed shells, and cover with cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is browned.
