How To Make Easy Make-Ahead Corn Stuffing
Save a lot of time during busy holidays with this easy corn stuffing made with bread crumbs, butter, and savory turkey broth!

Ingredients
- ¼cupbutter
- ½cuponion,chopped
- ½cupcelery,chopped
- 14ozcreamed corn
- ½cupturkey broth,or chicken broth
- 1½tsppoultry seasoning
- 1tspsalt
- ¼tsppepper
- 2tspparsley flakes
- 6cupsbread crumbs,coarse, like crunchy dry bread, not fine crumbs
- 3eggs,fork beaten
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Melt ¼ cup of butter in a pan over medium-low heat. Cook the onion and celery until softened.

Stir in the corn, broth, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper and parsley flakes and heat to boiling. Cool slightly.

Pour the broth mixture over top of the bread crumbs and toss until combined. Allow to cool and stir in the eggs.

Using a large scoop or hands, shape into balls and place on a pan in a single layer. Pour ½ cup of melted butter over stuffing.

Cover and bake for about 25 minutes or until the turkey stuffing reaches 160 degrees F.
Make-Ahead:

Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

Remove from fridge 15 minutes before baking, bake as directed.

Serve with turkey and enjoy!
