
How To Make Celery Herb Stuffing and Savory Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 cups bread, cubed
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the celery, onion, and garlic, and sauté until softened.

In a mixing bowl, combine the bread cubes, sautéed celery mixture, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Slowly pour in the chicken broth while stirring, until the stuffing is moist but not soggy.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and then place them in a baking dish.

Spoon the stuffing over the chicken breasts, pressing it down slightly.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the stuffing is golden brown.
