How To Make Brown Fried Rice
Try a healthier plate for lunch with our easy brown fried rice dish! It’s seasoned with classic Asian flavors for a mouthwatering plate.
Cook the brown rice according to package directions.
When the rice is cooked, spray a heated nonstick wok with spray oil, then add the eggs.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until done. Set aside.
Spray more oil on the wok, then add the scallions, tomatoes and garlic.
Sauté for 1 minute, then add the rice.
Add the soy sauce and fish sauce, then stir to mix.
Keep stirring for a few minutes, then add the cooked scrambled eggs.
Mix well for another 30 seconds.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
