Ingredients

  • 2cupsextra large shrimp,peeled and deveined
  • 1cupteriyaki sauce
  • 1tbspvegetable oil
  • cupskimchi
  • 3large eggs
  • 2cupswhite rice,cooked
  • 2tbspsoy sauce
  • 1tbspsesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp and teriyaki sauce. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  2. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.

  3. To the same pan, add the kimchi and eggs. Cook for about 3 minutes until the eggs are set.

  4. Add the rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil and cook for about 5 minutes until heated through. Serve warm.
