How To Make Sweet Chili Chicken
You will never ask for takeout meals again after trying this sweet chili chicken made with battered chicken pieces tossed in sweet chili sauce.

Ingredients
- 1½chicken breastsboneless and skinless, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2pcseggs(lightly beaten)
- Salt and pepperto taste
- ½cupflourall purpose
- cupcornstarch
- oil
- ¾cupSweet chili sauce
- ⅓cupgreen onionssliced
Instructions

Place the eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste

Mix the flour and cornstarch together and place in a shallow bowl or on a plate

Heat 3 inches of oil in a deep pot to 350 degrees F

Dip each piece of chicken into the egg, then roll into the flour mixture. Repeat with all of the chicken.

Fry 7to 8 pieces of chicken at a time for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Repeat the process with all of the chicken.

Toss the chicken with the chili sauce. Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
