You can perfect this deep fried salmon dish even if you're a kitchen newbie. This easy dish is tasty and great for weekday meals.

Ingredients

  • 8 fl oz salmon fillet, (2 pieces)
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp granulated white sugar
  • 1⁄2 tsp salt
  • 1⁄2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1⁄2 cup cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir.
  2. Rub the mixture all over the salmon. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
  4. Dredge the salmon in flour and then fry each side for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Transfer to individual serving plates.
  6. Serve with Ampalaya Salad and rice.
  7. Share and enjoy!
