- 1 cup spicy brown prepared mustard
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- ½ tsp. garlic , granulated
- 4 lb. boneless chicken breast
Instructions
- Combine honey and mustard; mix well.
- Combine flour, crumbs, salt, pepper and garlic; mix well.
- Dredge chicken strips in flour-crumb mixture; shake off excess.
