
How To Make Quick Kimchi

Ingredients
- 1 small napa cabbage, chopped
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrot, green onions, garlic, and ginger.

In a separate bowl, mix together the gochugaru, sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar until well combined.

Pour the sauce over the vegetables and mix until everything is evenly coated.

Let the kimchi sit at room temperature for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to a week.
