Ingredients
- 1cupsoy sauce
- 1pear,cored, grated
- 1yellow onion,grated
- ¾cupbrown sugar,packed
- 3garlic cloves,grated
- 2tbspsesame oil
- ¼cupmirin
- 4lbsflanken short ribs
- green onions,for garnish
Instructions

Mix the soy sauce, pear, yellow onion, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, mirin, and short ribs together in a large bowl.

Marinate for at least 24 hours, then drain from the marinade before cooking.

Cook in the oven for 12 to 14 minutes at 400 degrees F, then broil for 1 to 2 minutes.
