For Tostada:
- 1package Old El Paso Tostada Shells
- 2cans Old El Paso Black Bean Refried Beans
- 2ripe avocadospeeled, pitted and sliced
- 1pineapple salsa
- queso fresco crumbled
For Pineapple Salsa:
- 2cupsfresh pineapplediced
- ⅔cup fresh cilantroloosely-packed, chopped
- ½ cup red oniondiced
- 1jalapenosmall, seeded and finely-chopped
- 2tbsplime juicefresh
- ¼ tspground cumin
- ¼ tspsalt
- ⅛ tspblack pepper
Instructions
To make the tostadas:

Place a tostada shell on a flat work surface. Carefully spread a large spoonful of the refried beans evenly on top of the tostada.

Top with a few slices of avocado, then add it on a large spoonful of pineapple salsa. Sprinkle with a pinch of queso fresco.
