  • 1tbspolive oil
  • salt,to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

  2. Clean pumpkin seeds, removing any pulp or fibers. Rinse well and pat dry.

  3. Toss pumpkin seeds with olive oil (about 1 tablespoon per cup of seeds) and desired seasonings.

  4. Place seeds on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Stir and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until golden.
