  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp coriander

  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ¼ tsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp beef bouillon
  • 1⅓ lb lean ground beef (preferably chuck)
  • 1½ cup water or beef stock
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

To serve:

  • Taco shells
  • Any of the accompaniments like guacamole, sour cream, grated cheese, shredded salad greens
  1. Combine your rice flour or potato starch, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, garlic salt, sugar, dried onion, bouillon, and red pepper in a small bowl.
