Creamy Watermelon Dip and Cinnamon-Sugar Pita Crisps Recipe
- 5 (6-inch) pitas, whole wheat or white cut into wedges
- butter spray
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spread the pita wedges on a large baking sheet and spray them with butter spray.
Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl and sprinkle them on the pita wedges.
Bake the pita wedges in the oven for 10 minutes. In the meantime, using a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, cinnamon, whipped topping, and powdered sugar.
Beat the ingredients with an electric mixer on medium until a creamy consistency is formed. Add in the watermelon chunks and beat the mixture until it is well-blended.
Serve your dip with pita chips or fresh fruit. Enjoy!
