Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and grated
  • 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium-sized tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.

  2. Add the grated cucumber, chopped onion, tomato, and green chili.

  3. Sprinkle cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well.

  4. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.

  5. Serve chilled.
