How To Make Greek Yogurt Breakfast Parfait

Have a healthy breakfast parfait with this recipe. You need fresh berries, greek yogurt, and granola to make a light breakfast that’s good for dessert too.

  • ½cupfresh blueberries
  • ½cupfresh strawberries,sliced
  • 1tspwhite sugar
  • 6tbspgranola,or as needed
  • 6oznonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1tsplemon zest


  1. Add blueberries and strawberries to a small bowl. Sprinkle with sugar; stir to coat the berries.

  2. Place 2 tablespoons granola in the bottom of 2 parfait glasses. Spoon 2 tablespoons yogurt on top and sprinkle with ½ teaspoon lemon zest. Top with ⅓ of the berries. Repeat layers until the parfait glasses are full.
