How To Make Yogurt Waffles

Sink your teeth into these fluffy yogurt waffles for breakfast! It’s an easy-to-make breakfast meal packed with protein and creamy yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1¼cupalmond milk,or any preferred milk
  • â…”cupStonyfield Plain 0% Fat Yogurt
  • 2large eggs
  • 1tspvanilla extract
  • 2cupsall-purpose flour,unbleached, or white whole wheat flour or gluten-free flour
  • 1tbspbaking powder,plus 2 tsp
  • ¼tspkosher salt
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add the milk, yogurt, eggs, vanilla, flour, baking powder and salt, then mix for 30 to 60 seconds, until well combined and smooth.

  2. Heat a waffle iron over medium heat and allow to heat up.

  3. When hot, spray the waffle iron with cooking spray.

  4. Pour ½ cup of batter in the center, then close and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until golden brown and slightly crisp on the edges.

  5. Repeat with the remaining batter.

  6. Serve with maple syrup, and enjoy!
