How To Make Yogurt Waffles

Ingredients
- 1¼cupalmond milk,or any preferred milk
- ⅔cupStonyfield Plain 0% Fat Yogurt
- 2large eggs
- 1tspvanilla extract
- 2cupsall-purpose flour,unbleached, or white whole wheat flour or gluten-free flour
- 1tbspbaking powder,plus 2 tsp
- ¼tspkosher salt
- cooking spray
Instructions

In a blender, add the milk, yogurt, eggs, vanilla, flour, baking powder and salt, then mix for 30 to 60 seconds, until well combined and smooth.

Heat a waffle iron over medium heat and allow to heat up.

When hot, spray the waffle iron with cooking spray.

Pour ½ cup of batter in the center, then close and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until golden brown and slightly crisp on the edges.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve with maple syrup, and enjoy!
