  • 4cupsstrawberries
  • cupsblueberries
  • cupsraspberries
  • 7ozfat-free plain yogurt,(1 container) Greek style
  • 2tbspmaple syrup,or honey
  • almonds,toasted and sliced, optional

Instructions

  1. Divide the strawberries among 6 wine glasses, followed by the blueberries, then raspberries.

  2. Spoon the yogurt on top and drizzle with the maple syrup.

  3. Garnish with the almonds if using and serve. Enjoy!
