  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, and pistachios)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.

  2. Divide the yogurt mixture into 4 serving bowls or glasses.

  3. Top each bowl with a variety of mixed fruits and nuts.

  4. Drizzle additional honey on top if desired.
