How To Make Tortilla Española (Spanish Tortilla)

- 4 large potatoes
- 1 onion
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions

Peel and thinly slice the potatoes and onion.

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add potatoes and onions to the pan and cook until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs and salt together.

Once the potatoes and onions are cooked, remove them from the pan and drain excess oil.

Combine the potatoes and onions with the beaten eggs.

Heat a non-stick skillet with a little bit of olive oil over medium heat.
