Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of red wine
  • 1/4 cup of brandy
  • 1/4 cup of orange liqueur
  • 2 cups of sliced fruit (such as oranges, lemons, limes, and strawberries)
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1 cup of soda water or sparkling water
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, brandy, and orange liqueur.

  2. Stir in the sliced fruit and orange juice.

  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably 2 hours.

  4. Just before serving, stir in the soda water and ice cubes.

  5. Pour into glasses and garnish with additional fruit slices, if desired.
