How To Make Espinacas con Garbanzos (Spinach with Garbanzo Beans)

Ingredients
- 2 cups of spinach leaves
- 1 can (15 oz) of garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups vegetable broth

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, cooking until onions are translucent.

Add the cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the pan, stirring for about a minute to release the flavors.

Add the spinach leaves and garbanzo beans to the pan, stirring until spinach is wilted.

Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low, cover the pan, and let it cook for about 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
