How To Make Churros II

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 quarts vegetable oil for frying
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Remove from heat and stir in flour until mixture forms a ball.

Heat vegetable oil in a large, deep skillet or deep fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.

Pipe 4-inch strips of dough into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

In a shallow dish, mix together 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Roll warm churros in the mixture until coated.
