Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Add the diced bell peppers, onions, bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese to the egg mixture. Mix well.

  4. Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish and pour the egg mixture into it.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
