Pick your favorite leafy greens and make this sauteed greens dish. The veggies are cooked in olive oil and simply flavored with garlic and red chili flakes.

- 1tspolive oil
- 1clovegarlic
- 1lbfresh kale,Swiss chard, spinach and/or beet greens
- 2cupsvegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- 1tspred chili flakes,crushed
Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in the greens, add the vegetable stock, season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

Cover and cook for about 5 minutes or until the greens are wilted and tender. Serve immediately.
