Why go to Outback Steakhouse for these sauteed mushrooms, when you can prepare them in a way that is cheap, quick and easy? This copycat recipe packs a punch with its flavor and is a great side for many meals such as steak.

How To Make Flavorful Outback Steakhouse Sauteed Mushrooms

  • 1 can (10 1/2) ounce beef broth
  • 1/2 cup onion (diced)
  • 16 oz small whole mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup Burgundy wine
  1. Pour beef broth into a saucepan and let the onions simmer for around 15 minutes.
  2. Add the mushrooms, juice from 1 jar of mushrooms and Burgundy wine.
  3. Simmer for another 15 minutes and serve.
