
How To Make Ginger-Garlic Shrimp
Spicy ginger and garlic is infused in a tangy, reduced beer mix to yield this flavor-packed, plump, and juicy garlic shrimp dish!

Ingredients
- 1fresh ginger
- 2medium garlic cloves
- 1tbsplemon zest,grated
- 1½lbslarge shrimp
- 1tspkosher salt
- ½cupWondra,or all-purpose flour
- 3tbspolive oil
- ½cupbeer
- 2tbspunsalted butter,cold
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine ginger, garlic, and lemon zest; set aside.

Rinse the shrimp and pat dry with paper towels; sprinkle with salt.

Place the flour in a large, sealable plastic bag; add shrimp and toss until well coated.

In a large sauté pan, heat the olive oil over high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes, until golden brown, flipping once about halfway through cooking

Add the ginger mixture, then cook for 30 seconds. Slowly pour in beer, then gently shake the pan.

Cook for about 2 minutes, until reduced by half. Turn off heat; add butter, swirling pan until butter has melted and thickened the sauce.
