  • 2tbspbutter
  • 8ozbutton mushrooms,sliced
  • 1tbspfresh thyme,finely chopped
  • 1tbspparsley,finely chopped
  • 1tbsprosemary,finely chopped
  • 3garlic cloves,finely chopped
  • salt and pepper


  1. In a medium sized skillet over medium high heat, add the butter. Add the mushrooms, thyme, parsley, rosemary, garlic and salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes or until they become tender.

  3. Garnish with additional chopped parsley, if desired. Enjoy!
