How To Make Butter Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

Sautee some crunchy brussels sprouts for your next side dish! It’s perfectly cooked in a buttery mix and topped with savory parmesan.

Ingredients

  • 1lbbrussels sprouts
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • salt and pepper,to taste
  • 1tbspbutter
  • ¼cupfresh parmesan cheese,shredded, optional

Instructions

  1. Slice the brussels sprouts in half from top to bottom, or in thirds if they’re large.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high.

  3. Add the brussels sprouts, salt and pepper.

  4. Cook the sprouts for 6 to 8 minutes or until tender crisp, stirring occasionally.

  5. Remove from heat, then toss with the butter and parmesan cheese.

  6. Season with salt and pepper, if needed.

  7. Serve warm, and enjoy!
