Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the Thai red curry paste, fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger and lime juice.

Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.

Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.

Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
