How To Make Grilled Thai Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges for serving
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, Thai red curry paste, and vegetable oil.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then brush the marinade generously over both sides.

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the preheated grill, skin side down. Cook for about 5-7 minutes per side or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Remove the salmon from the grill and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
