How To Make Thai Curry Buffalo Wild Wings Recipe

Delicious and spicy wings in a flavorful Thai curry sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of chicken wings
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp of Thai red curry paste
  • 2 tbsp of fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp of lime juice
  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped cilantro and lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Season wings with salt and pepper, then bake for 25 minutes.

  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and red curry paste. Cook for 1 minute.

  4. Stir in coconut milk, fish sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice, then bring to a simmer.

  5. Add baked chicken wings and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to coat the wings in the sauce.

  6. Serve hot with chopped cilantro and lime wedges on top.
