- 20king prawns,washed and prepared
For Marinade:
- 2tspgarlic,minced
- ½lemon,squeezed
- 1tspgarlic olive oil
- 1tspbrown sugar,adjust to taste
- 1tspred chilli flakes
- sea salt,to season
- 4skewers
Instructions

Soak skewers for 30 minutes. Thread prawns onto skewers and combine all marinade ingredients together.

Marinate prawns for 2 hours or over night for a deeper flavour.

Pan fry prawns on medium-high heat until cooked to desired level of doneness.

Serve with lemon wedges and steamed greens or a salad!
