How To Make Two Serve Thai Sweet Chilli Garlic Prawns

These chili garlic prawns are so quick to cook and pack a lot of those sweet & spicy flavors we all love. It’s the perfect cure for those seafood cravings.

Cooking: 5 minutes
Marinate Time: 2 hours
Total: 2 hours 35 minutes



  • 20king prawns,washed and prepared

For Marinade:

  • 2tspgarlic,minced
  • ½lemon,squeezed
  • 1tspgarlic olive oil
  • 1tspbrown sugar,adjust to taste
  • 1tspred chilli flakes
  • sea salt,to season
  • 4skewers


  1. Soak skewers for 30 minutes. Thread prawns onto skewers and combine all marinade ingredients together.

  2. Marinate prawns for 2 hours or over night for a deeper flavour.

  3. Pan fry prawns on medium-high heat until cooked to desired level of doneness.

  4. Serve with lemon wedges and steamed greens or a salad!
