
How To Make Thai Red Curry Prawn Recipe

Ingredients
- 500g prawns, cleaned and deveined
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp red curry paste
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- Salt, to taste
Instructions

Heat oil in a pan and add red curry paste. Stir well and cook for a minute.

Add sliced onions and garlic and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Add sliced bell peppers and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Add cleaned prawns, fish sauce, and sugar, and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add coconut milk and simmer for 10-12 minutes until prawns are cooked and the sauce has thickened.

Turn off the heat and add lime juice and fresh basil leaves. Stir well.

Serve hot with steamed rice.
