How To Make Chicken Pad Thai

Ingredients
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp tamarind paste
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
- 2 limes, cut into wedges
Instructions

Soak rice noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, then set aside.

In the same wok, heat 2 tbsp of oil and add minced garlic. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Add soaked noodles to the wok along with fish sauce, soy sauce, tamarind paste, and brown sugar. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until noodles are tender.

Push the noodles to one side of the wok and crack eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix them with the noodles.

Add cooked chicken, bean sprouts, and half of the chopped green onions. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.

Serve the chicken pad Thai garnished with remaining green onions, chopped cilantro, crushed peanuts, and lime wedges.
