How To Make Roasted Herb Chicken and Potatoes

- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large baking dish, place the chicken breasts and potatoes.

Sprinkle the dried rosemary, dried thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper evenly over the chicken and potatoes.
