How To Make Pan-Roasted Marble Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs marble potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Wash the potatoes and pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the potatoes to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, until they start to brown.

Flip the potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes to brown the other side.

Stir in the minced garlic and dried rosemary, and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for about 20 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
