How To Make Mashed Potatoes with Half-and-Half and Sour Cream

Ingredients
- 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup of half-and-half
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Cook until the potatoes are fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Mash them until smooth.

Add the half-and-half, sour cream, and butter to the pot. Mix until everything is well combined and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
